Advocate & Solicitor- Oliver Quek
Oliver Quek began his legal career in 1998 as a civil and commercial litigator with Rodyk & Davidson. In his four years with the firm, he was involved in several court trials, mediations and arbitrations. He was made senior legal associate in 2001 in recognition of his various achievements.

In 2002, Oliver Quek was appointed legal counsel for the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), the government department for national research and development in Singapore. He took charge of legal and commercial matters pertaining to A*STAR’s intellectual property, technology licensing, technology transfer and research and development collaborations.

In 2003, Oliver Quek was convinced to take up the challenge of setting up Oliver Quek & Associates. There was a real demand for integrated, seamless and responsive legal services free from the bureaucratic red-tape, and that Oliver Quek’s background, experience and multi-faceted skills more than equipped him to provide such services.
